CLIP DESCRIPTION:
A downtrodden hospital comes to life with the power of dance.

FILM DESCRIPTION:
Breakdancing, hip-hop, rap, and a good time are the main stars of this standard teen movie about youths trying to raise money to save their community club from being razed for a shopping mall. Ozone (Adolfo Quiñones) and Turbo (Michael Chambers) are two master breakdancers who have started a community club to teach other teens how to manage the acrobatics of the dance without literally breaking anything. Their efforts create some choreographed, group breakdancing that is rather innovative. But an evil developer (Peter MacLean) sees their property as ideal for a shopping mall project -- and a crooked politician is willing to back him up for a fee. As the teens do their best to raise money to keep their center, some are also battling with restrictive parents or trying to ease into romantic liaisons that offer their own challenges.

Twilight 22 - Siberian Nights/Electric Kingdom (Original 1984 Extended R...

Dipublikasikan tanggal 22 Nov 2016
Twilight 22 was the brainchild of Gordon Bahary with some help from lead singer and co-songwriter Joseph Saulter.
Gordon created the group initially through a love of computers and synthesizers. At the age of 16 he sat in with Stevie Wonder during the recording of Songs In The Key Of Life.

Impressed by his suggestions, Stevie invited Gordon to produce and program synthesizers on his next album, Journey Through The Secret Of Plants.
Gordon met Joseph Salter through Herbie Hancock (Gordon also worked on Herbie’s Feets Don’t Fail Me Now).

Joseph had been the drummer with LA-based band “Rhythm Ignition”. After the group just missed out on a recording deal with Motown, Joseph and Gordon hooked up to work as Twilight 22. On Vanguard Records the duo recorded “Twilight 22” (1984) from which “Electric Kingdom” and “Siberian Nights” appealed to electro fans, ‘Mysterious’ to soul fans, and ‘In The Night’ to fusion jazz fans.
